Birth doula support

A birth doula provides continuous, non-medical support throughout your labour and birth. Research consistently shows that having a doula leads to shorter labours, fewer interventions, and more positive birth experiences — but beyond the statistics, I'm simply here to hold your hand, advocate for your wishes, and help you feel safe.
From the moment you call me in early labour to the quiet hours after your baby arrives, I won't leave your side. I'll bring comfort measures, encouragement, and a calm, steady presence — whatever you and your partner need in each moment.

- On call from 37 weeks
- Continuous support through labour and delivery

- Unlimited support via text, phone & email from hire to 6 weeks postpartum

The weeks after birth are tender, transformative, and often overwhelming. You're healing, learning, and falling in love — all at once. Postpartum doula support means you don't have to do it alone.
I come to your home and offer hands-on, nurturing care tailored to what your family needs most. Whether that's newborn care guidance, feeding support, a warm meal, or simply someone to talk to — I'm there.

Once you're ready, we confirm your dates, sign a simple agreement, and you're officially on my calendar.
Prenatal visits
We meet in person to go over your birth preferences, answer your questions, and build the trust that makes all the difference.
